Background

Maria Praher has worked as an associate for SAXINGER in Linz since 2014. She passed the bar exam in October 2016.

Between 2011 and 2014 she worked as an university assistant with a diploma at the Institute for Civil Law at Johannes Kepler University in Linz.

Between 2005 and 2010 she studied law, majoring in jurisdiction at Johannes Kepler University in Linz.

She completed a 5 month legal intership at the District Court and Regional Court in Linz.

Expertise

Maria Praher advises and represents domestic and foreign companies and private individuals in matters of commercial law, in particular in the areas of corporate, company and real estate law. She has extensive expertise in conducting due diligence reviews, drafting contracts and handling trusteeships. A further focus of her work is advising and representing clients in expropriation and expropriation compensation proceedings.

Maria Praher is co-author of the "Handbuch Liegenschaftserwerb" published by Linde in 2023.
