Background
Rupert Kreuml has been associate at SAXINGER in Linz since 2017 and was promoted to partner in October 2021.
After graduation in his law degree in 2013 he completed the court internship at the District Court and Regional Court in Linz.
From November 2013 to April 2017 he had already been associate in an lawfirm in Linz.
Rupert Kreuml passed his bar exam in April 2017.
Rupert Kreuml is particularly specialised in the areas of litigation as well as construction, medical and competition law. He has particular experience in the conduct of complex construction and commercial litigation, corporate disputes and in assisting companies in the implementation of projects in the plant construction and hospital sectors.
Another focus of his practice is advising on all insurance law matters, from contract review to representation in relation to coverage claims as well as the defence of claims.
