Dr. Tuğçe Tuzcuoğlu is an esteemed academician and legal consultant specializing in civil law. With a robust academic and practical background in various legal fields, including contract law, family law, inheritance law, and more, she has been offering legal counsel and practicing law with GEMS Schindhelm since September 2022. Dr. Tuzcuoğlu's journey in law began with her LL.B. from Yeditepe University, Istanbul, where she also completed her Ph.D. in Private Law, achieving high honors. Her international exposure includes a visiting scholar position at Heidelberg University, Germany, and a certificate program at American University Washington College of Law, U.S.A., covering U.S. law and international trade law. Fluent in Turkish, English, and German, Dr. Tuzcuoğlu has been contributing to legal education and technology entrepreneurship alongside her professional practice.
